I liked that they didn’t over complicate the process. I also like that I don’t have to worry about setting up shipments it just arrives!

I have been using them for years now. Never have had a problem. Once my levels were normal my labs did stop, I will ask today about that. However, customer service has been great, product great and shipping pretty good. I continue to use them and will continue until things change. Update April 28,2023. After reading a post about labs I called to have a payment method changed. I asked about lack of labs, this turns out my fault. I was sent a lab request but due to COVID I did not go and just forgot about it all. I alerted them and I was sent another request and approval form within an hour. Still great customer service.
