I need RMC to understand that I have several residences located in different states and need to be contacted prior to shipment of my meds, as I may be living in one or the other of them. I work in the Specialty Pharmacy business, and standard protocol in this business is to contact the patient prior to every shipment (monthly) to validate address and time of delivery. There have been several occasions this has not been done over the past 1.25 years I have been a patient and this has not been rectified. Additionally, I have only had full labs done once, and clinically labs should be done at least once annually, if not every 6 months. When do I do my next full lab test to validate levels?

Very professional, they took time to ask questions about my symptoms, explain the science and regiment for treatment. They treated my symptoms not the test numbers for my age like other physicians. My health and wellness is far better now that I found them.

Great customer service and great product. Their products have made a tremendous difference in how I feel and look. I would recommend this to any man who want to feel young again.

So far it’s been a great experience. The customer service is fantastic and they always deliver on time. I feel great, not sure why every man doesn’t do this.
