So far so good. This process has been smooth from day one. The staff has been extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. The staff has been very knowledgeable and has explained the process in detail so there are no surprises. Once everything has been handled on my end the appointment for consultation was set up for the same day. With in a week I received all medications and all the supplies needed. I have been on trt before and the process was hard and time consuming. Royal Medical Center has been the exact opposite.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. The prescriptions came quickly. Will be referring you to my friends.

First class service. I have been pondering TRT for a couple of years, turning 50 made me take the next step. I have to say Royal medical have so far been super, just into the beginning of the program but I have found them to be professional, polite and easy to deal with and I have full confidence in the treatment.

The set-up and assessment were easy. Received my first round of injections during the expected time frame. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because a couple of months into it, I haven’t received my reimbursement for the lab work, despite attaching and explaining the receipt along with my lab results.

Rachael was spectacular! I thought I had so many questions until she began to explain the program. She was incredibly thorough and anticipated every question I had. If her assistance is indicative of what I have to look forward to, I am already thrilled.
