It was an easy experience for me. The staff was helpful and fast. I got my first shipment within 2weeks. The only thing that I would like to see different is maybe a second blood test after 3 months just to insure that the medication is where it needs to be. I would definitely incurage anyone to try this.

Royal medical center is great I called them and spoke to Ivan he took all of my information explained the program, made arrangements for a physical and blood work Royals doctor reviewed the results and got me started my medication is shipped to me. I have been in contact with Pete and he has been a great guy to deal with! I feel like he actually listens to me and provides knowledge and assistance when needed. If I need him I make sure I call within business hours and he picks up within 2 rings everytime! He has even responded to emails after hours, although I would not expect him to as we all need down time and family time. Thanks Royal Medical and Pete specifically 👍

Very happy with my experience. I found out I was hypogonadal after years of dealing with all the symptoms I decided to get my levels checked. Endocrinologist said I'd have to wait 7 months to just get initial appointment. After feeling like crap for years, trying numerous antidepressants, losing my wife, and working a stressful job, I couldnt wait 7 more months. Thank God there's places like royal out there.
