I love the attention I receive from Royal. From start to finish you feel that your health is not only important to you the patient but to the staff. You are assigned a patient representative or coordinator and they are so knowledgeable and explain everything. The doctors are great and the instruction you receive as well as the medication is second to none. I only wish previous primary.care physicians had the attention to detail, dedication and great personalities I've encountered while being a patient here with Royal. Although I've only been on treatment for a few weeks I feel confident in the medicine and have already felt some difference and my wife has noticed a difference as well. If your on the fence about trying Royal's services give them a chance you will not be disappointed.

I had an adverse reaction to my first two cypionate injections. I reached out to Royal team, and they explained that its rare, but I could be experiencing an allergic reaction to the grape seed oil base. They replaced the formular for my 3rd injection with a sesame seed oil base and the reactions stopped. I am now on my 4th injection and finally feeling some slight change in health. During the initial two injections I experienced injection site pain, flu like body aches the first several days and so I never felt any improvements in health. However, I am glad Royal team was able to recommend a formular that I could stay in the program and hoping to start to feel and see some real improvement.

Would of liked to left a 5 star review, however, after filling out the additional paperwork so as not to have to sign for delivery, someone dropped the ball on Royal’s end, and I had to take a day off work to wait and sign for my delivery. This after explaining that I worked out of state, however returning home every day, so making waiting/ signing for delivery not optimal for my situation/ work obligations…. again despite explaining and filling the additional paperwork so I wouldn’t have to stay home from work to sign for the package…. Fail on their part… they called and apologized, however, I lost a full days pay waiting almost all day for my delivery…. Lost $300.00 pay having to stay home waiting, unable to service a hospital’s equipment for all my extra effort trying to avoid this inconvenience!
