I am very pleased with the service!

I had an issue with royal medical, it was an overcharged issue, as soon as I found out I called on a Saturday and left a message, Monday morning around 10am I got a call from a rep named Pete, "I assume he is my assigned rep im not sure" but Pete called me and this was supposed to be straightened out, supposedly it will be deducted from next payment but we'll see. Pete said all I needed to do was call him, I honestly didn't know nor did I expect it to be so fast, im use to bad customer service, this customer service was so good that it took me by surprise and stunned me, I had left a bad 1 star bad review because I was upset over being overcharged and was put negative in my checking then got overdraft fees, so I was pissed and expected to have to fight but to my surprise it's not the case, they are in fact very professional and take each person seriously, im changing my review because it's unfair for me to be a jerk and attack based on previous experiences with other companies, this is by far a good business with good people who don't deserve someone like me being a big baby giving 1 star negative review over pouting because of a honest mistake, with that I say thank you Pete!!! I'm driving so I may correct this review 😅 again

I must say it first I was a little bit apprehensive about this whole program. Slowly but surely my concerns were alleviated as I watched multiple videos on YouTube and did as much research as I could on the Internet. Everything has went better than I Could have imagined. I’m currently five weeks into my treatment. Initially, I registered on six out of 10 symptoms on the evaluation. I was concerned about the depression that had been going on for almost a year. My 2 1/2 year relationship took a downward turn because of that. Because of my lack of motivation. Although I was still passionate about all the things I loved before. My sex drive plummeted. That was a huge factor. She just didn’t think I was attracted to her anymore. I kept looking for reasons why at the age of 42, 43 I’m suffering from ED already. I was absolutely attracted to my ex girlfriend. My weight was down. At an all time low. And I was having a horrible time staying motivated to go to the gym because I couldn’t hardly see any results. My appetite suffered. My sleep pattern suffered. So here we are five weeks in. I am ecstatic to tell anybody reading this that my weight is back up to normal. Actually even a little above. Which makes me very happy because since I started therapy, I also switched my diet to be a little bit more mindful of the medication I was taking. I’m in the gym more often now and for longer periods of time. In five weeks I went from 166 pounds after suffering from Covid for two weeks, now I weigh 194 pounds. I’m 6 foot two. So having a build like that means a lot to me at my age. Guys in our 20s can’t look like this! I sleep better now. I still lack motivation but I’m working on that. I wake up every morning like I’m 16 years old again, if you know what I mean. Unfortunately my ex girlfriend won’t have the privilege of experiencing that lol I was so happy with the way they treated me at Royal medical. They were very punctual. From the first day I took the evaluation test, it took approximately a week, maybe a week and a half before my prescription was in the mail. They made it fast. They made it easy. They were extremely friendly. Almost to a point of suspiciousness at first. I asked questions just to try to throw my doctor off. He was not swayed by that at all. He answered all my questions and then some. They follow up with me on several occasions to make sure everything was going great. And it is. I’ve spent more than $200 a month on supplements and diets for the past couple years. So this is a no brainer for me. I will continue to be a customer\Patient for as long as they will have me. I highly recommend it. In fact, so much so that I referred one of my partners to them and he is currently going through the evaluation process to start his therapy ASAP. Congratulations royal medical center! You guys have successfully pulled me out of a slump! I now look forward to so much more in life!
