Complete scam. Do not purchase from Rovux. Ordered a pair in Feb, never shipped, wrote 4 email to customer service and no response. DO NOT FALL FOR IT

I had an issue with my shoes when they 1st arrived. I contacted customer service they got back to me right away and resolved my issue very quickly. I can’t wait to actually get my new selection of shoes once I received I will review them but as far as customer service 2thumbs up from me. Thanks for making my process easy when it could of easily been very upsetting!

Great product and excellent customer service. The wrong size was shipped and the customer service team corrected the issue in less than 48 hours. Prompt response to email and very professional. I was also impressed with the tennis shoes. Well made and exactly as advertised. I can’t wait to order again.

I recently ordered a pair of sneakers from Rovux and was accidentally shipped the wrong size they quickly fixed the problem and have sent me a new pair as I have enjoyed previous purchases from there was very grateful for there prompt help to my situation

Do not waste your money the sneakers after almost a month of wait because they are being shipped from China they came wrapped in plastic (no box) the plastic was torn and the sneakers was just bunched up together and they are all wrinkled and not wearable and of course they said they don’t do refunds unless the the product was damaged I told them they we’re damaged and they told me they weren’t as if they were the ones that received the package.
