We were very lucky and grateful to find Sophie on Rover.com!!! I was nervous with leaving Pip with someone new but I didn’t need to be, Sophie sent me pics, vids and updates every day!!! I loved seeing Pip playing with other dogs and especially with her young son!!! We can’t thank them enough for everything they did for our little boy and we shall be asking Sophie for every time we go away in the future!!! Much love and gratitude Lou, Neil and Pip. xxx 🐶🐶🐶💕💕💕

Dog Boarding licence should be stated more clearly to the dog boarders because I was in the the process of boarding my dog with a lovely lady who did not know that a licence from the council was mandatory until I asked her about filling out forms she did not realise that this was necessary. She was very Genuine about it and came off Rover. Rover needs to make this clear to ALL dog Boarders because their insurance for boarding dog is non invoid if they do not have a licence from the council! And many dog Boarders using Rover as a platform do not have a licence to Board clients dogs. I was so disappointed and had to find someone outside Rover to take my dog at short notice that had a dog boarding licence. If anything happens to your dog on their stay you’re putting your dog at risk getting no insurance cover can prove to be a nightmare for vet bills etc.

My pet was well taken care of and I felt confidently safe to have the care giver in my home while I was away.

The house sitter provided by Rover was excellent. He took great care of my dog. He provided updates, videos & photos.

Sarah was really good with my fur babies! I also love the feedback on how my fur babies were doing. Having pictures sent to me is very comforting. Knowing someone is keeping track of them is also a plus.

Rover.com is my reliable, go-to service for pet and house sitting. In these days where communities are small and one can’t really know where to turn for reliable pet sitting,I’ve learned I can trust Rover.com to vet sitters and help me find what’s best for my pet, even though my bookings have been months or even years apart.

We've used Rover 3 times. We've had great experiences except for this last time. We had a man all set up and he did not show for the meet and greet. We tried to let Rover know but have not heard back about it. He was not yet rated so that should have been a warning for us. Luckily we found a fanastic replacement sitter on Rover and she was terrific. It feels safer going through a service like Rover to watch our beloved animals.

Katherine rocks! Olive loves her and she is amazing.
