What made the experience great is the quality of care my kitties receive and the genuineness of the pet care givers. It's weird to have a complete stranger come to my house, but the care givers immediately put me and my kitties at ease. I'm sure it's strange for them too, they are walking into an equally odd situation at first too. I love the "report cards"! Complete with pictures and how my kitties are doing. I'm appreciative of the service provided

Easy to find a sitter and easy to stay in contact with them. I also like that you pay them through the website

The attention to detail is remarkable compared to other pet sitting experiences we have had!

Our pet sitter Marion was wonderful. She seems to have a special gift to work with dogs. Our dog Mochi was very much at ease with Marion during the meet and greet, and also when we dropped her off. It was like Mochi sensed that she would be cared for the same as if she were home with us. There were other dogs during Mochi's stay, but Mochi was smiling and happy in all the pictures we received daily.

I had a little trouble at first finding someone who would come to my home because of my location. I did find someone who was kind enough to help me and she was very nice. I was confident that my little doggie would be safe and looked after while I was away.

Nina’s attention to details in my care instructions and her warm affectionate connection to my dog made it possible for me to be away without worry. She sent photos every day with feedback. She was extraordinary !
