Site très aboutis et très pratique avec des frais absurdes
Site très aboutis et très pratique avec une vraie communauté de petsitter. Le hic, les prix comme souvent !! Au prix affiché Rover ajoute 15% pour celui qui réserve et prélève 15% à celui qui garde. Et pour devenir petsitter il faut payer 15€ pour vérification de la carte d'identité. Pour ne rien gâcher tous les gains sont déclarés aux impots. N'importe quoi et très décourageant.

Rover gives me peace of mind …
I have used Rover both in my home city and in other cities and have always been very happy with my dog sitters. They have taken the best care of my Sadie! I get the cutest pictures and a thorough report daily. The app is very easy to use from selecting a sitter, booking, to paying.

Rover is a great tool to use to find a dog sitter near you…
We were in a bind on a trip and needed to find a dog sitter. ROVER hooked us right up with a sitter for the next day! Great service and easy to use!

Found the best pet sitter
Found the best pet sitter I’ve ever left my pup. Nick has a great pet friendly place and he took such great care of Prince. I look forward to having him take care of my pup again.

unclear cancellation policy
I didn’t like the unclear instruction about cancellation. Who would think cancelling 2 days before a drop in visit would still receive a penalty because the visit doesn’t count as service start date, the first drop in date would count. I scheduled 3 drop in visits during a period of two weeks. The first day of the two weeks counts as service start date. This should be more clear so that we know to book separately. Luckily my sitter was a good person and waived it for me because I didn’t know this rule. Be aware to book all visits separately, so if you need to cancel in advance, you wouldn’t be charged.

Things I like and Don't Like
I like having options of people to select from. The app makes it easy to communicate with people. I do not like being forced to leave a review to leave a tip. I would like to be able to leave a tip and not a review. I am not sure about the navigability of the app for finding things easily
