She is reliable and good communicator
I am very happy with my sitter Tara. She is reliable and if late she always lets me know. She always sends pics and tucks Sweetpea in when she leaves. I know she is in good hands.

Muy descontento con la app
Muy descontento con la app. Pido entregar a mi perro un día más tarde, hago la solicitud por la app y resulta que el precio a pagar me sale 13 euros más caro cuando la cuidadora va a tener a mi perro menos horas. No hay quién lo entienda. Me han cobrado una penalización. Estafado me siento, pasaré mi queja a la ocu.

Unhelpful Rover Support, app needs fixes
Customer Service was unhelpful. No resolution regarding safety. Unable to switch service from House Sitting to Boarding. No protection/rules for clients regarding pay rate changes. Left a review for sitter, but did not post.

I have a wonderful River person…
I have a wonderful River person Michelle coming to my home for next few week bi weekly helping me with my pet while I’m recovering from surgery. She has been great with my Cat and so helpful to me. I would be happy to use Rover again after this wonderful experience.

It was so easy
It was so easy! I was presented with lots of sitters…we interviewed three and found our dream sitter for our two girls. We just used him for six days and we’ll be using him for another 7 days in October. Paying and tipping are also easy and all online.
