Repeat user of Rover
I have been using Rover since 2021. My original search for a dog walker/for drop in visits was easy and after finding the perfect sitter, we have continued using her ever since. To me, the messaging feature is Rover’s best asset. Messages are sent between you and your sitter through the app; you will also receive any messages via email and text so communicating is foolproof. I love the Rover Cards you receive right in the app once the visit is complete (pictures of your pet on the walk, route that was taken, and any notes from walker). The only drawback to my latest booking was an update to the app was apparent and everything was moved around. Took me sometime to reacquaint myself to where things were although because I book with the same person, I just went to my messages, clicked on her name and rebooked. The prior version interface was just so user friendly.

I absolutely love this app!
I absolutely love this app!! I have a high energy faster than the wind dog that I can’t trust with my family. I met the best sitter ever! We did a meet and greet before our trip and he sent me so many pictures of her the whole time she was there that it put me and my kids at ease knowing she was safe and being taken care of. She’s a little 1 year old schnauzer dachshund mix and he slowly introduced her to the other dogs they had. We sent her there with my daughter’s blanket and a couple of her shirts and they made sure to put them in her bedding to give her comfort in the new environment. I have no doubt we will be using him anytime we go out of town again.
