Contacted 5 sitters
Contacted 5 sitters, 2 responded they could stay and then cancelled, 3 "hadn't updated their calendar ". Very frustrating. Sitter we had left house messy. Didnt clean up after themselves.

Why was I allowed to double book for…
Why was I allowed to double book for the same dogs at the same time. Also your web site is NOT user friendly, have customer types try it out before you unleash it into the wild!

The reviews were trustworthy the sitter was great. She sent videos and pics the entire time I was away. I would use this sitter again.
