The web site is easy to use and I was able to identify prospective sitters quickly. I appreciated the information provided in terms of sitter's location and experience. Communication with the sitters was straight forward yet maintained privacy. Communication while we were away was also maintained. I would definitely use this service again.

Zhulia was wonderful with my cat. She’s caring, reliable, and really attentive to details. I got regular updates and could tell my cat felt comfortable and well looked after. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter.

I dog sat for Rover for 2 years and wish I didn’t. They take more than their fair share and charge clients more for nothing. Their customer service is absolutely AWFUL! My best advice if you are sitting for them is get your client’s number and get them off the site ASAP. Their insurance and help are not worth it!

This was our first time using Rover. I loved it. My caregiver. Roza was amazing with our doggie Debo! I definitely recommend her she’s a great caregiver for your pet. She gave us updates on Devo stay throughout the day took pictures and videos of him. I am so happy With her service
