I appreciate the benefit of having the legwork done for you and you can sift through the catalog of pet sitters. The fees can add up, especially when you are using them quite a bit, and our pet sitter doesn’t see any of that. I like that they send you the ability to rate following the job and the ability to leave a tip, but I wish they would place more value in loyal customers. I have never once had a coupon or discounted stay, waived fees, whatever-only way I have been offered that is to get a friend to join. Still, I would recommend.

The app was fairly easy to use and prices were reasonable. I was quickly connected with a couple of matches, and the one I chose was great! I received messages periodically prior to our drop off day to make sure we had all our questions and needs addressed. Drop off and pickup were easy. I received daily messages with pics included and my dogs were clearly happy and enjoyed themselves. I will definitely use this app any time I need to board.

Zeus came home happy, last time we used a sitter he was off and had cuts all over his nose from being locked in kennel. She allowed him in her home as one of her own which made us feel much more comfortable, and Zeus as well because he sure loves to snuggle! Thank you will be using again in future travels

Over the last couple of years I have had some very good sitters. It is tough to find a sitter that you can trust with your pet but through the Rover website, I can review many sitters and get as much information as possible to help me make an educated decision. Thank you Rover!

I used it twice and it has worked out very well. It nice to see what they offer, and to be able read the reviews. Also nice to know how many times they have sit dogs. The site is very easy to navigate and setup your appointment.
