It was so easy to find a wonderful pet sitter near us, and knowing there is a background screening process added invaluable peace of mind. We have used Rover in a couple of locations and both sitters have been wonderful and have gone above and beyond.

Fantastic first time experience! Debasish and Adrija were great to work with and our pets came home happy. We met with them before we left the dogs. They were very friendly and asked good questions about what our dogs needed. They gave us great instructions on what to bring and helped us unload and load all the stuff! Very much appreciate their care of our dogs!

The app was easy to navigate. The cat sitter I chose responded quickly and kept me informed of her interactions with my pet. I will definitely use her again.

I like to be able to pick my own pet care person by location, price and what they have to say. Good pricing. Person we picked was great with our dog.

The barrier to direct communication with potential sitters is far too time consuming, especially when needs arise only a few days in advance. Additionally, Rover sets up specific categories / types of services, and doesn't allow explanation about unique circumstances for a sitter to evaluate or consider. Look for other services that perhaps offer pet care

The fees that Rover takes is very high. 150 pounds of a booking commission is unacceptable. The call centre is difficult to reach have to leave a message and they don't come back.
