I would like to be able to contact someone for a meet and greet without scheduling something. I would like your people to update their availability calendar a bit better. When I take the time to go through and search for someone who appears to be a good fit, I don't need to hear, "oh, I am no longer available".

I've had an amazing experience using Kristen for cat sitting. She goes out of her way to create a stress free experience for your pets while you are away. Kristen spends extra time hanging out with your cats instead of just feeding, scooping and leaving. She is experienced at administering medications, as well. Kristen provides daily updates, pictures and videos. She even cleans up around your home. Kristen truly loves your cats like they are her own.
