Great service with both company and sitter. I will use again

Found a great sitter for my baby.

Rover does a good service but I didn't have the best experience. I paid a lot of money and my sitter did not do the best job. My dog was starving when I got home and her dog that I allowed her to bring into my home had urinated all over my bedroom. The sitter left my home a mess. She did not clean up after herself. The kitchen, counters and microwave were dirty and the bathroom was also dirty.

This is a great resource. It was recommended by my vet when I needed to find a pet/house sitter and am new to the area. It was easy to evaluate the available sitters and easy to book. The person I used was excellent and will be using them again for future bookings. It was a transparent website- upfront on prices and what was covered, etc.

Leah is timely when asked to come see Hula. Our Doxy has anxiety issues and Leah is patient until Hula approaches her. We are very fortunate and happy with our experience thus far!

It was my first time to get help from Rover, but it won't be the last! Shelly was so good to my 9 year old dog who wasn't feeling her best. She's patient, helpful, low key and accommodating. She and her daughter even helped me get my dog in the car since her back legs are hurting her. Shelly's compassion meant a great deal to me.

Your first sitter dumped us without notice after we met with her and agreed to the terms. Your second one never met us in person, (We think he Mom does all the sitting, not her.), and our dog came home sick for a week. When we posted a negative review on hoer site, it never showed up. We are not sure how professional your organization really is.

Our sitter quit one day into our Thanksgiving trip and Rover was not helpful in finding a replacement option for our dog. It really impacted our trip and we ended up having to have a friend go get our dog. It was a terrible experience and I would never recommend rover to anyone.
