The need to disclose what other animals are in the home.
The person I trusted with my dog, did not disclose that she had a cat. Contacted me on vacation and asked if I would buy a crate for her to keep my dog in as he bothered her cat. As I have a 1-year-old dog who had never been around cats, I never would have chosen someone to keep him who had a cat. I chose Rover because I wanted my dog to be part of a family not kept in a crate for 10 days!

Awesome service
Ana is awesome the best dog sitter in the world! She kept me updated with pictures and videos. She kept my dog active and took him for rides and even took him to see Santa Claus! I would totally use her again.

I've used Rover.com several times
I've used Rover.com several times. For each request, there were multiple sitters potentially available. All the sitters carried out the assignment reliably. I now have several sitters that I can call on again as needed. My only concern is that the scheduling software seems awkward for me.
