Neglected dog
A pet sitter neglected my dog and Rover did little to nothing to provide any help.

Excellent Family
In every company it is always the people who work for them that is the most important and the people that I left my dog with was excellent. It was easy to book the reservation with Rover.

Easy app to find dog sitters near us!
It's helpful to be able to view dog sitters in our area. We can select someone nearby, see their picture and read their bio. We've always been able to arrange a meet & greet beforehand so both parties are comfortable with the arrangement before moving forward.

Our sitter Elizabeth made us feel comfortable...followed our instructions for the dogs. It was easy to find a sitter based on our needs. We definitely will be using her again

We totally trust our dog caregiver, our dog who is skittish and shy, lets her pet her as well, says a lot!

Easy, clear, trustworthy
