Clearly, they hire only the best & most caring dog sitters!

I've used Rover in Florida and in Tennessee, with great results in both places. I've been referred to exceptional sitters, and my old dogs have been treated beautifully. Here in Chattanooga, my recent experience couldn't have been better. I found a terrific person, and the price was good! The sitter accommodated my old dogs' poor eyesight and hearing with kindness and competence. I will definitely use her and Rover again. Rover is a godsend for me and my pups!

Smooth easy transaction

Excellent response time from the sitter. Easy to find someone nearby and with experience. Easy to pay Easy to tip and Easy to book/use. It would be helpful if you included other pets as well like rabbits, lizards, birds and other exotics.

I am calm for my pet with Rover app. I booked three times a sitter there, and it was a very smooth experience.

My only complaint about Rover is the pressure to pay right after we decide on a sitter - even if it is months in advance. There is no reason that we cannot confirm the visit and pay later. Please curb the pushiness and pressure to pay immediately. Otherwise, Rover has been great. We like the options of different sitters, and we like the system for communication that you have in place.

This was my first time using a pet sitter….I appreciated how easy the process was and the information regarding the sitters was exactly what I needed to make a decision on choosing someone to watch my kitty Max. The one I did choose was absolutely great….I was very pleased with him & his services. I love the way Rover is set up & all the information that is given & it’s very easy to book someone. Also glad to know I have someone I trust & feel comfortable leaving Max with if I need a sitter. Can’t go wrong using Rover….thanks!
