We always have great results from using Rover to care for our pet babies while we are off traveling the world. My daughter and daughter in law both work for Rover in different states so I know they have top notch people. You can’t go wrong with Rover!

I find your website to not be very user friendly. This is especially true when needing to change/cancel a sitter. It’s horrible trying to find a phone number to call, then you get someone who barely speaks fluent English! You need to repeat your problem over and over again. It was a royal pain in the a$$!! Then the problem was NOT resolved and I had to go through it all over again!! Very poor customer service!!!!

Rover has been our lifesaving! Without our sitter, we would have to cancel our vacations.

I had a terrible experience with Rover. I read the positive reviews for the sitters and decided on the one I felt comfortable choosing. Boy was I extremely wrong! The sitter allowed her husband into my house without my knowledge or consent. I saw him on my camera and called to tell her to leave my house immediately. I had to cancel on the spot and send my brother to get my dog. I notified Rover regarding the incident and still they made me pay $40 in cancellation fees when she was the one who breached the contract. When I called their customer service they gave me the run around and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor after being put on hold for 15+ minutes. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to others. The lack of care and professionalism is concerning.
