We had never left our high-anxiety dog with anyone but family prior to this trip. We looked at multiple boarding/kennel facilities, but none of them felt like a good fit. Our experience with the Rover app in general was seamless and so simple. We were able to quickly find a sitter we wanted to meet. Our experience with our sitter was nothing short of phenomenal. We received photos, videos, and daily updates. The consistent communication was incredibly reassuring and genuinely made our trip more relaxing because we were able to trust that our dog was in skilled, patient hands.

We had a great experience with Rover and the dog sitter for a two week stay. Will request services with same sitter and use Rover for my next trip.

I felt comfortable that the company vetted the sitters before listing. The dog sitter I had came and introduced herself the day before the job which was great. We were very pleased with the job she did and will use her again.

#Rover I paid almost 300 dollars to have the dog kept by their member I arrived the person was like a bum I did not leave the dog because he lived in a shack in fact he had another customer's dog that ran away and he did not even realize it He gave me the phone number he never even answered I immediately took the dog away I asked for my refund and I was not given attention This is a pump of no care I will organize a press conference and use a lawyer to take them to court

Abby is very good with my fur baby Pooh Bear. She arrives on time, prepared with poop bags and water for her. She is friendly and personable.
