Jessica was a super competent and capable caregiver. My dogs are strong working dogs and she was not intimidated. That meant a lot to me.

The communication and service with Rover.com is excellent. Initially, I felt skeptical about using a pet-sitting service and allowing a person I didn't know access to my home. But I got to choose the sitter from a list of sitter options who had the needed availability. The sitter I picked, Adrianna, kindly and generously came over to visit and meet my cat prior to engagement. I felt so comfortable with Adrianna and loved how easily she connected with my cat! Adrianna has taken care of my cat twice now, the latest was last weekend, and I'll definitely request her again! She is wonderful! She is very responsive and takes such good care of Little Kitty. She even brushes Little Kitty daily which she loves!

Sitter at no time preformed her duties and was caught doing only minimal drop in visits when she was supposed to be there for at least 8 hours a day caring for my babies including an invalid 16 year old who cannot get up or walk on his own. This was discovered the first day of my month long vacation, and after an 11 hour flight and having severe jet lag. Rove did absolutely nothing about it making me having to scramble to find someone to care for my precious fur babies while I was already abroad on the other side of the world. Rover then only gave me a partial refund. They still have failed to respond to me other then sending pre formatted responses.

Used Rover.com for the first time last week. I needed a sitter for my two cats for four days. I booked the appointment about four weeks in advance. I’m happy to say I had a great experience. I found a sitter in my area who was qualified, kind and knowledgeable with quirky kitties and reasonably priced. They were punctual and I got a note and pictures twice a day with each visit. It was a good experience and I’m pleased I used Rover.com services.

Rover was a very streamline app that matched me with a great sitter. The app is very user friendly and gives you multiple options of communication. Very happy and will be using it again.

I loved that I could reach out to individual sitters through the app with sharing my personal phone number with multiple people. Reading reviews before selecting a sitter was extremely helpful, as was the meet & greet before we settled on a sitter! Pricing was available ahead of time so we were able to make a decision that work well for our family. Very user friendly application!
