Easy to book and communicate with care takers.

I can always count on Rover (Grace). The services and love she provides to us and my dog are a treasure. Rover takes care of scheduling confirmations, billing and a platform that gives each visit details about the walk.

App is easy to use and simple to navigate. I love that the sitters have a bio, reviews and a list of services. Without Rover I would not feel comfortable leaving our dog during a vacation. This is our second time using Tanita and Terrence. They are amazing! Our dog is very nervous in most situations. But Yankee felt comfortable with them immediately. They sent pictures and videos of her everyday and kept us very informed. Tanita and Terrance put our minds at ease so that we were able to enjoy our vacation and know that our Yankee felt safe and loved. They are our fur-ever sitters 💙

I liked that I was able to go through pet sitters and read reviews until I found one I thought was the right fit. I also liked being able to communicate directly with my sitter and have the ability to get updates, photos and videos even. This was my first experience with Rover who I learned about through my daughter who uses this service. It’s a great way to get those who want to care for other’s pets exposure as well!

My pet sitter was 1-1.5 hours late to each 7 am visit and sometimes came early to her last visit of the night which widened the gap of time between the evening and morning visit. Pets were happy and healthy overall and home was in good condition upon return.

I was very happy with the quality service my dogs received. The personal care and communication was excellent. I look forward to future experiences with Rover.

O It was great and l’m very happy. The only problem is that Gadget misses her.
