Rover rate on top of pet sitter is too mich

I was using Rover for my college kid. I loved every single person I've used and we fell in love with the last person we used, kept communication which is key, photos and check ins.

My cat sitter Caroline is very experienced and attentive to owner's needs. She was very caring for my somewhat shy kitty.

Using the Rover app, we were able to find & book Angela to care for our dog, Bandit while we were traveling.

Rover worked well. A few too many emails, but better too many than too few. Grateful to pay easily online. Nice to offer the tip additionally too. Sydney was great. She’s invited back WHENEVER we might go again!

Our first time using Rover was horrible. Our sitter was a 5 star sitter with ton of glowing reviews and after the first night at our house she cancelled on us. We had to scramble to find someone else. It was awful. Rover needs to implement something so sitters can't do this. Our second time using Rover with a different person was much better.

Great app. Great dog sitting services offered when you’re in a pinch on who to watch your pup for long periods of time.
