Rover is an excellent app. Glad we found it!
Rover is very easy to use. We were able to find a pet sitter near our home quickly. All communication and payments are made right on the app,.. making the whole process very easy and convenient. We will definitely continue to use Rover for our pet sitting needs.

Inefficient, unintuitive app and support desk
I am forced to use Rover after they bought "Cat in a flat" from this April. The app and their support desk is user unfriendly, the app is NOT intuitive and you have to look through a lot to find every function, very inefficient.

Peace of mind
Stacia made my trip away from my fur baby a dream. She kept me updated, sent pictures and videos, and answered all my questions. My dog loved her. The other dogs seemed to love her. I loved her

Owner decides what/who is best for their pet!
The whole idea of choosing from many different providers in your area is great. Even better, is the the ability to have a meetup prior to caregiving taking place. Ease of using the app is awesome.

I love how they send pictures throughout your dog stay. Make you feel comfortable when your way from your dog.
