Love Rover! So convenient and thankful to have found a great dog walker! ❤️

Meet up to meet our pet went well. Allowed us to get to know pet sitter and show her around house so she was familiar with pets routine. During our vacation the daily updates and pictures really gave us peace of mind knowing our pet was being taken care of in the safety of our home.

Claudia took such wonderful care of our dog Bella while we were away for a week. It gave us real peace of mind knowing Bella was in such good hands. Claudia kept us updated every day with photos and videos, which we truly appreciated, it made being away from Bella much easier. She was attentive, reliable, and clearly very caring. We could tell Bella was happy, comfortable, and well looked after the entire time. Communication was excellent, and Claudia always made sure we knew how Bella was doing. We are so grateful for the care and love she showed Bella, and we would absolutely trust her again in the future. Highly recommend!

Awful. Have only used Rover once as a cat sitter, to honour a regular booking, since they acquired Cat In A Flat. My separate review of Cat In A Flat sets out my various issues and concerns, but my latest problem is that Rover owe me money for that sitting job. The job finished last week and the payment has been showing as "processing" for days on end now. Seems I am not alone in being unpaid by Rover. I don't recall getting any notification of any change in payment terms either, and I cannot locate anything relevant in my emails. It's simply not acceptable to withhold payment like this, I have gone overdrawn as a result, and I will not be using the platform again. EDIT: the AI-generated canned response, with only a US number to call, has not exactly helped smooth this over 🙈

First time using the service and I’m extremely pleased. Got my cat a sitter and she loved her. The app is pretty easy to use and the prices that the sitters charge are very reasonable. I will continue to use this app.

It was my first time using Rover and leaving my baby with a stranger instead of family. She was well taken care of and Jena was quick to answer when I questioned how she was doing.

What made it great was the person that actually came to our home to take care of our car. Her name was Myra and she did a real good job.

Rover has been a lifesaver. After adopting a dog I realized there were going to be times that I would need to board her. I didn’t want to board her in a kennel, so I browsed online. Found a wonderful sitter right away. Knowing the sitters, walkers, etc have been verified made the experience even better. I recommend Rover highly.
