Great experience! Pet sitter was able to accept our last minute request. Our dog was very happy when we returned, and it was obvious that she had a good time with the sitter.

Great communication, photos and report card

I think the company should be more transparent around what takes place if a sitter has to cancel at the last minute. I had to reach out with this question and received a timely response. Just thought it might be something you could add to your website. Communication is great, finding a sitter was super easy, would consider using Rover again.

Ich bin Katzensitter. Ursprünglich bei Catinaflat - großartige Plattform. Nun hat Rover diese Plattform übernommen und nichts geht mehr. Das User Interface ist viel zu klobig, zu kompliziert, viel zu viele Klicks um irgendwas hinzukriegen und am Ende wollen sie auch noch mehr Geld von allen Seiten. Herzlichen Glückwunsch. Alle meine Kunden wollen nicht mehr über dieses Portal arbeiten. Ich auch nicht. Meine Kunden beschweren sich, dass nichts funktioniert und alles überkompliziert sei plötzlich. Tschüss, Rover.
