We found a caring couple who cat sit and are easy to communicate with. We were updated daily with pictures and messages during our cats stay. We will use them again.

Excellent platform, great security measures, especially with the insurance guarantee, messaging capabilities and payment portal. I highly recommend Rover!

Très déçue par le fonctionnement de Rover. Lorsqu’un propriétaire annule lui-même une demande, la demande reste en attente côté petsitter et bloque ses disponibilités. Il faut donc l’archiver. Et là, Rover considère que le petsitter a « décliné et archivé » la demande et lui demande de justifier auprès du propriétaire pourquoi il n’a pas pu accepter. Mais le petsitter n’a rien refusé : la demande avait déjà été annulée par le propriétaire. Pourquoi faudrait-il alors se justifier pour l’archivage d’une demande que l’on n’a pas refusée ? Ce fonctionnement est particulièrement frustrant et peut en plus avoir des conséquences sur les statistiques du petsitter. Rover devrait clairement distinguer une demande refusée par le petsitter d’une demande annulée par le propriétaire.

Made a tough decision to leave my dog with someone else into a very comforting choice. Had an early meet and greet before the appointment which was good for my dog so that way she knew she had been there before. I had to leave out of town and I felt at ease there was an app out there for dog sitters. Great experience for me.

I have contacted two house sitters. One did not respond at all. One initially responded, but then stopped responding when she found out it was house-sitting with my pet and not just drop-in visits. Why advertise that you do house-sitting and show availability on your calendar if you don't want to? This is so frustrating. I didn't want to board my kitten, but now I will have to.

I was a bit nervous about leaving my pup with a stranger. He had never been overnight with someone he didn't know. Friends has told me about their positive experiences with Rover, so we gave it a try. My Rover caregiver couldn't have been better! My pup, who has separation anxiety to begin with, had a great time. I will definitely rebook when I next need this service.
