I love having Rover sitters available to take care of my Cooper when I need to travel. I loved working with Jennifer H! She welcomed my Cooper and treated her as a member of the family. Jennifer H. sent me adorable photos and updates. We've all heard horror stories and I really appreciate knowing my girl Cooper is happy, healthy and thriving with Jennifer H. I highly recommend her for your pet care needs around Fresno/Clovis.

My rover walker Betsy was great with my dog Skyla. She treated her as her own pet. Very caring and friendly.

Gabby is always very nice and reliable. My dog loves seeing her and playing fetch with her. I feel safe leaving my dog in her care while I am out of town.

Rover recently bought cat in a flat which I have used for the past 5 years. I used to pay a flat fee £1.50 service fee with cat in a flat and now with river it’s £9. Outrageous! They also didn’t alert my favorite sitter of my messages and I’ve heard from other sitters that the move has been terrible for them. Such a shame as cat In a flat was so great I think I’ll be relying on neighbours from now on

Hi there, we’re really sorry to hear this has been your experience. We understand that this transition has felt frustrating for some users. Rover's service fees help support things like 24/7 trust and safety support, customer support, secure payments, the Rover Guarantee in the case of emergencies, and so much more, but we hear your concerns. We’re continuing to review feedback and make improvements as we move forward. -Brittney

This is my second time using Rover to find care for my pets. I found a wonderful and caring person who I used for 2 years before she moved off Island. I again researched available pet sitters in my area and available during the days that I would be away. I was able to contact someone, meet her face to face and introduce her to my pets, and coordinated a schedule. Via Rover, I received immediate updates and status reports on the visits provided by the person I scheduled with. I received detailed notes on feeding, cleaning, interacting, as well as photos. I hope that the person I used most recently will be available in the future. If not, I would not hesitate to reach out to Rover again.

Peyton was a blessing. She adjusted her schedule to meet our needs. She cared for our pets marvelously. She sat and cuddled our dog when he was stressed over a thunnderstorm. She kept us informed about all our pets. Peyton was promp and very efficient and caring. Peyton has agreed to sit for us again in the future when needed.
