Rover did not pay attention to my dates that I needed my dog boarded. They kept using the first date I had asked for even though I never followed through with that date. I had to change the date to 2 days later, but they kept the first date on the books and when my dog was finally at the sitters house with the second date arranged and paid for rover told the sitter we had not confirmed the second date or paid which all had been done. It all ended well though.
