Service is/was great. Sunni was awesome and took great care of my furballs. My only disagreement is how they charge for holiday dates. Say you’d like to set up service from Sunday through Sunday and that last day (sunday) lands on what they consider a holiday date, they will charge $30 per day for the entire 7 days.

Rover found me an amazing pet and house sitter for a holiday weekend. Appreciated the thorough details on experienced profiles to sift through the newer ones. Even the sitters not available responded promptly. Only suggestion would be the ability to post a need and have sitters respond.

Rover.com is a reliable way to find a pet sitter.

I don't like your whole way of doing things. I don't like the fact that everything has to go through Rover. I don't like the fact that you make it difficult to talk to the cat sitter directly. Even Lyft isn't that controlling.

Easy to look for sitters, including using filters and map for seeing pricing ,logistics etc. I like the filters available including, only pet etc. Prices are fare and clear and no surprise fees etc. the app works well and is very user friendly. Thank you

Our sitters arranged for a meet and greet, asked questions and got to know our kitty. Appreciated the reports and pictures from each visit. She also prepared food dishes for us to set out for the next feeding upon our arrival
