Web site is helpful in finding reliable sitters.
Features such as reviews, approximate location of the sitter, and being able to send email are easy to use and well thought out. I don't like that just because a reservation includes 1 minor holiday day, the holiday price is charged for all of the days.

I have always had a trustworthy…
I have always had a trustworthy experience with Rover. I really love that I can read about the person that will be watching the dogs, the fact that they are background checked, and the communication and ability to pay on the app is super nice!

Rover's caregivers are the best!
Rover's website is very easy to use, even for the "tech-challenged" (like me). My cat sitter Jennifer D is very personable, very caring, very concerned & just wonderful to work with. I felt very comfortable having her in my home, & she sent wonderful communications after each visit, reassuring me that my shy, stranger reclusive cat was safe & well cared for. Couldn't have asked for better.

Very satisfied with the sitter and the application
The application made finding and reserving a cat-sitter easy. The cat-sitter we hired was awesome; Lizzy was excellent and her frequent communication was very reassuring as this was the first time we had left our kitty for longer than half a day.
