Alec did a fantastic job with taking care of our pets. He treated them like they were his own. Alec communicated with us often about how things were going. Our pets loved him and he is a gem.

My experience with Rover. I hired a lady for my pets for a 5 day vacation. The sitter made comments that suggested she wasn't staying at my house. So I asked her for pics when she came and went to show when she was there. She quit on the spot and I was half a country away. Here's where it gets bad tho. Rover would not help me find a new sitter for 2 days until I finally found one on my own. They said my pet's info was not up to date for them. They just booked 2 different sitters for trips I have recently booked with that info tho. Now I cant leave a review for this sitter because the sitting wasn't completed. They are protecting the sitter that abandoned my pets.

Rover made finding the perfect match for a dog sitter so easy. We not only found piece of mind to have such reliable and trustworthy person to watch my pup but we made a lifelong friend. The booking feature keeps us on track as schdules can be crazy. This works for us! Thank you Rover~

Easy to find a a trusted sitter and communicate with them, my favorite is getting a “report card” of my fur babies while I’m away, I look forward to it everyday! I’ve been using rover for a few years now, and recommend it friends all the time!

Simple to use, reply from sitters is very quick.

Great sitter. Great app. My old sitter’s situation changed. So I was told about River by a friend. And I was. It disappointed.
