I dropped off a perfectly healthy dog and she returned injured to the extent she required surgery. Rover reached out as if they cared and to explain their “guarantee”. It’s anything but a guarantee, they’ll do any and everything to not reimburse you for associated costs.

I was nervous using Rover for the first time to find a walker for our beloved Prince, but it was an amazing experience. We not only found someone who loves our boy as much as we do, but the daily updates and ease of using the app while out of the country made the separation so much easier. Prince had a fantastic time and got amazing walks and adventures with Peggy, who is now a big part of our family.

User friendly app. Wide selection of quality sitters. I appreciate the background checks being done and that payments are facilitated by Rover.

If you do get someone to respond, it is impossible to contact them, so disappointing.

It was very easy to find a caretaker for my cats while I was in the process of moving. Communication was excellent and the overall transaction was completed easily. Daily updates on the cats and my ability to visit them mid-way through the 12-day stay put my mind at ease.

Emily was on time for every visit, loved on my babies and made sure they had water, food and cleaned up after them each time. was respectful of my home and provided information and photos at each visit. I plan on booking her again her in the next couple of months.
