I appreciate the background checks the company is doing to ensure the right people are providing the service. I won’t leave my dogs with just anyone who claims “they love animals.” Additionally, the website is user-friendly, however, we need an option that guides us to the modifications easier. I had to go back to my original email or text(s) several times to get back to the spot I needed. Otherwise, I am very pleased and will recommend Rover to others! Thank you, Dr. Lyndsey

Overall great site to connect pet caregivers to pet owners. I interviewed three people and they were all great. My final choice did a great job of taking care of my dog. Only reason for 4 stars is the Rover app charges a lot extra for being an app. It’s too pricey.

It was great because I received videos of my cat Some kind words from his caretaker she put my mind at ease thank you !

We found a terrific sitter in Jennifer using Rover, I can’t say all the sitters are Jennifer quality but I would recommend using Rover to find quality sitters for your pet.

This is a review for people thinking about being a sitter on Rover. Just don’t do it. We were sitters for Rover for over 10 years. We had dogs attack Our dogs, destroy our property and attack us and our children. We always tried to remain positive and never complained to Rover, but this is what they allow on their platform. We had several complaints put against us because we would allow clients to message us outside of the Rover app when the app wasn’t working for them. Rover does not want any conversation outside of the app because they want to make money off of every single thing you do.We ended up getting a dog that had terrible separation anxiety and broke out of our front door. Even though we dedicated all of our resources into finding this Dog and did end up finding him - Rover removed our profile with no explanation after over 10 years of service. They will not advocate for you, and you will just be a number to them. Don’t put yourself and your business at risk. Find another way to advertise that doesn’t take 20% of the profit.

La bienveillance n’est pas de mise chez Rover !! Ma belle mère était Pet Sitter, elle avait de multiples avis positifs. Elke a eu le malheur de garder un chien qui s’est sauvé alors que son jardin est clôturé. Le chien est revenu une heure après, donc tout fini bien. Et résultat, Rover a supprimé son compte ! Merci à eux pour le bel accompagnement des pets sitters en France !!!!

Rover was easy to use and worked well with connecting me to a great sitter for my sweet little dog. I felt good about leaving my dog because Rover had done the work for me in finding a great sitter and making sure they were trustworthy. I already booked my second stay!
