I like how easy it is to find sitters by zip code and previous reviews. The booking process is straight forward and fast. I have had good experience with prompt replies every time I contact a potential sitter for my animals. The care they provide is good and the photos takes during the visits are great to confirm that. Some sitters go above and beyond with detailed photos, which are appreciated.

Jade was great! She arrived on time and our pets were well taken care of.

I recently trusted my dog Fred to a Rover Dog Sitter as I was going on a trip to another state. Within 24 hours I received a call from the local police department that my dog had been picked up and was being taken to the local emergency veterinarian as it had been attacked by four different dogs. The dog was severely injured. I have sent pictures, medical reports, etc. to Rover’s and so far all I’ve gotten is a bunch of nonsense emails most of them sent by AI. I will never trust my pet again to Rovers.

Olivia was excellent with our two cats. She did everything we asked, and even noticed an ear infection two days before we got home, sending a video so we were able to schedule immediately with the vet the morning after returning.
