Absolute sham of an organisation. Staff are incompetent and rude, to set up an account they dont state clearly what the problem is and overall a very bad experience. I will not use this company again EVER

Terrible app that does not take complaints seriously. Someone broke into my home with a dog sitter without my consent and they have done nothing about it. Taking it further now.

The website was easy and convenient to use. I liked how many questions were asked to make sure you are being paired with the right sitter based on your needs. The prices were reasonable depending on the level of knowledge, experience and expertise you're looking for in the sitter. I was impressed on how many services were available, from daily walkers to overnight boarding in your own home or at the sitters. I also liked how you can have a meet and greet w/ your sitter first before making a final decision on who to go with. Overall, I really did like the experience and our sitter made me comfortable, well informed and would use her again.

We were able to easily find a close provider who was trustworthy and easy to work with. I felt comfortable through the whole process. The only thing I found strange, which was minor, is that there didn’t seem to be an option indicating that visit time on the given days was flexible. My overall experience was very good and I would recommend it to others.

The individual who I chose was fantastic and I felt very comfortable knowing that she was taking care of my fur baby. The website itself as easy to navigate and I liked being able to learn about different individuals and read feedback. I could not have asked for better customer service.

Company is very professional yet down to earth so to speak. Rover is A1 as far as I'm concerned. Promp, courteous, reliable, and pricing is great. Tiffany is a very responsible, knowledgeable, reliable, friendly person. Will definitely request her again in the future.
