The website was easy to navigate, and it was helpful to read reviews of your sitters. Katelyn came to meet us (and Benny), and was on time, and then was agreeable to come visit the day before so Benny could get more familiar before our trip. Katelyn sent us pics and daily updates, including how he ate. I would recommend her and use her again!

My mum was very badly bitten by a dog that was boarding with us and Rover deactivate our account because of it! We worked for them for years and had happy customers and brilliant reviews and this the lovely support we got from them when the unthinkable happened. I spent weeks with my mum taking her to plastic trauma unit. This company is disgraceful, they don’t care about the sitters at all. Do not work for them!!

Rover customer service hung up on me twice when I called to let them know one of dog sitters cancelled my appointment because they wanted to go off of the platform and I didn't. They provided no solution to the problem and were incredibly rude.

I appreciated being connected with a pet sitter and having a successful first use of service.
