Great job to trust a company and people would’ve like more pictures though or videos

Terrible sitter , had to fire him. First, he said his brakes went out on his car and he couldn’t make it and then he said his phone was stolen and that’s why he wasn’t communicating. Just a complete disaster.

our sitter left the house before we got home as agreed but she left our front door wide open to anyone who was passing, putting our pets and cars and belongings at huge risk. she admits her mistake openly (how can anyone get confused about closing a front door?). Rover customer support are doing nothing. it's all bots no real human beings.

Years ago, when I had no one to watch our dog, I came across Rover, and it proved to be such a wonderful and dependable place to find excellent sitters. We're very thankful for Rover. It's a wonderful company that provides excellent service for people who need pet care. Thank you!

Lisa and Michael were wonderful. They both did a great job taking care of our dog and 4 cats. And would hire them again. I know when my husband and I go away that we know our animals are in great hands. Thank you Judy and Paul Faiella.
