Great stuff great support 👍

I cjose Rover to find a dog walker for my Pembroke as I am disabled. It was easy to get a list of options of people in my area that do walking. I was able to choose someone close and she has worked out great for me. She is a student and has an internship which will take her away. So I was able to go back and chose another person who lives close. All of the options gave me prices and it was easy for my to pay for her services. I could chose the days I wanted and the length of time that I needed them for, which was the month of July.

We had a terrible experience with a dog sitter who tried to extort us for more money while we were on vacation. But what made matters worse was how awful Rover's customer service was. They wouldn't listen or respond to us and ignored the problem completely. At the end of the day, all they cared about was collecting their fee. They didn't care about the welfare of our puppy at all. The absolute worst experience I've had with any company.

I found the perfect match for our pet! Using the Rover app helped me to look over candidates and decide who would be a fit for our family. I really liked the feature of generated phone numbers and the meet and greet.

I found a very special person Ruby that cares for my 2 babies as though they are her own. Recently had an emergency while I was out of town and Ruby immediately contacted me and took my baby to the vet for emergency surgery. She knew what to do and quickly attended to my baby's need. I was so thankful. Kept me updated throughout the day while I was traveling home to keep my mind at ease.

I needed a last-minute pet sitter and Rover.com was the perfect solution. I got a wonderful local pet sitter who was great with my senior dog. Will definitely use again!
