Was let down 48hrs before we flew. These sitters should not be allowed to go the Rover book if they have other commitments. Would never use again!

UWAGA na te aplikacje! Jeśli cokolwiek Ci się stanie to ich "wspaniała infolinia całodobowa" łaskawie pozwoli nagrać Ci wiadomość voice. Totalny brak kontaktu z kimkolwiek!! Niezależnie jakiego dnia i o której godzinie dodzwonisz się tylko na automat, który każe Ci pisać do nich emaile lub na aplikacji. Odpowiedzi na opinie pewnie są automatyczne a dobre opinie są kupione.

Natalie, the Rover boarder based in Compton Bishop, Somerset double booked herself & cancelled our booking at short notice. it became clear she had known for some time & had been dishonest, she confirmed the booking multiple times on messages outside the app & in person, even when she mistakenly mentioned her own holiday and backtracked saying our dates were still fine when queried. She said she couldn’t confirm the booking on the app only due to a technical fault but that everything was booked in. It later became clear this was a lie. We had paid for and facilitated multiple visits, a trial night etc. and she had confirmed no issues with the dogs. Rover did not help find an alternative that we could access in the app in time. They also clearly do not enforce their own rules eg. Messaging outside of the app/letting people down last minute & dishonesty. I sent them full proof & while they apologised & confirmed unacceptable conduct they didn’t actually action this. A complete waste of time & money and very stressful when you have invested a lot in a long awaited holiday. In addition, they allow the boarder to cancel the booking which stops you leaving a negative review. Therefore their review system is misleading. Please do not rely on Natalie or Rover for your precious holiday! The only good part of this experience is that I didn’t leave my dogs with someone this dishonest.

Kami has been just great with our boy, Oden. She is always on time with her cheerful and positive attitude. We're very happy to recommend Kami. Definitely a 10+ /10!

Die Buchung war unkompliziert.. mein Hundesitter war super! Schade, dass andere Hundesitter kurzfristig abgesagt hatten, ich hatte mich ja auf sie verlassen.. Aber da kann Rover ja nichts für.. meine Buchung hat auf jeden Fall dann doch mit sehr gutem Hundesitter geklappt!

The Rover.com site was easy to use and thorough in its questions and answers. My dog sitter, Amanda, was incredible and my dog was very well taken care of. I was very pleased with all aspects of my dog's care and communication with Amanda via Rover.com from start to finish. Thank you!

Our sitter Anne has been amazing! We always get photos & updates. She treats our home & our pups like her own! We really appreciate this service so our dogs can stay in the comfort of their own house but still get their potty breaks in. So glad we have used them & will continue to do so!!

Sitters have been great! Very flexible in scheduling, and the cats love them! Scheduling is easy with your app. I love getting pictures of the pets from the visits.
