Victor is a dog whisperer!! The dogs love him and he loves them!! Always a good experience for our dog for us working with him.

Rover makes it easy to find and book sitters. Everyone we've used has been wonderful with our cats, and so I'm assuming they've been vetted well. The only reason I've taken off one star is that there is no option for booking multiple NON-consecutive days at one time; each day needs to be a separate booking. If you would fix that, it would make things easier for your users.

Today a friend asked about the pet-sitting service I used for a week+ earlier this year. Without hesitation, I mentioned Rover.com was beyond expectation and reasonably priced. We have two cats, and vacation plans were for ten days on the other side of the globe, so confidence and trustworthiness figured highly in our choice of sitters. We reviewed an exhaustive list on Rover and settled on Wallis L. Wallis turned out to be a professional, personable young woman and must have given off a good cat vibe because both took to her during the introduction visit. Yes. About a week before we left, Wallis visited us to make arrangements for access to our home and to familiarize herself with both our home and our cats. An informative and confidence-building meet. We had no problem leaving for Europe the following week. While away Wallis sent us several pictures of our cats along with friendly updates daily. Why so late in leaving this review? I somehow missed the opportunity to do so at the time, but in talking with friends today about Rover, I visit the site, recalled the experience, and felt it deserved to be shared. Rover and Wallis L. were a perfect match for us.

Our dogs appeared super happy during our pet sister's 2 wk stay. We liked the daily photos and texts. We also liked that all communication tracks thru Rover. Our sitter, Nicole S., was able to handle a poopy dog, unexpected home/trash issues, storms, and a blackout out. She even washed her bedding and cleaned!

I like Rover, it's a really helpful way to find a dog walker or someone to pet sit while our family is out of town and can't help. Obviously experiences will vary because there are lots of people who use Rover and work through the platform, but the reviews help give you a better idea. I am really glad to have the resource.

This was our first experience with Rover. It was perfect. The app, the sitter, the communication, our sitter's professionalism, enthusiasm, friendliness, flexibility...ALL OF IT. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I like that you have vetted the sitters. However, our experience a few months ago with a mother/son team was weird and non communicative. This last time with Victoria was fine but waaay too expensive w cost for 2nd dog and all your fees. We will always look elsewhere first. River is a only a back up
