Easy to match with a sitter who was good for our active pup.

Finding the right sitter was a little hard because I have a diabetic cat that needs insulin injections. It would be nice to see more of the capabilities of the sitter up front without having to click in and read the description. And to have oral and injected medication be a skill that is listed. I did feel confident and safe meeting sitters and I think I have found a keeper! Rover makes it fairly easy to book, although a long trip is a lot of clicks unless the first day is like all the others.

It was easy to schedule a sitter, get connected and pay for the services. My cat sitter was exceptional.

Wonderful caring dog walkers!

Booked a ‘house sitter’ while we were out of town for 4 days. We wound up having a bad house sitter. They left the dogs for 11 hours, didn’t stay the night, was spending a total of 40 minutes a day with our dogs. I complained to Rover they stood by the dog sitter and would not refund. They do not take into account the care for pets. Their service is also bad. They sent us one email and said they will not respond if we have questions or additional concerns. Long story short, it’s an app trying to make money and not run by pet lovers. If you care for the welfare of your pet, avoid this app.
