exceptional service !!

Excellent customer service!

The product itself is excellent — high quality and exactly as advertised. Their marketing is spot-on, and I was genuinely excited to try it. I will definitely buy again. It’s VERY comfortable and so easy to set up. I will be expanding my M1 loveseat sofa eventually. Also for those who want a taller couch because this is only 15 inches high, I needed something a little higher so I made my own platform with spruce and raised it up 4 inches on furniture legs. So easy. It is perfect for me. And the platform was so easy to build and move myself. I am 67 years old And I was able to do it all by myself. However, I did run into some frustration with customer service. My initial emails weren’t fully read or understood, which led to some unnecessary back-and-forth. That said, once I expressed my concerns, the team responded with sincerity, went above and beyond to make it right, and assured me that my feedback was shared with their team to improve how they handle communication moving forward. I appreciate the effort they made to address the issue and hope it leads to better experiences for others. Overall, great product and improving service.

Comfortable, pretty, and just a great sofa! Love everything about it, starting from how it looks, and finishing with how it was delivered. It was satisfying to see how the sofa was getting into shape once I unpacked it. Great for singles, easy to "assemble" and move around!

We made our first purchase on Saturday night after seeing the Father's Day promotion. We missed the need to request a discount code to receive the additional $100 Off for the first purchase. We contacted the Customer Support by email and requested the $100 Off refund to be applied. After a few exchanges of emails, the $100 Refund was processed on Tuesday. We have not received the items yet, but if the quality of the furniture is as good as the Customer Support team - We will have made an excellent choice with purchasing from Rove. Thanks!

I received the M1 sofa and O2 bed from Rove Lab as a gift from my sister, and I couldn’t be happier. The biggest game-changer for me was how incredibly easy the setup was—everything came vacuum-packed box, and the only step was literally opening it. That’s it! I’ve always avoided updating my furniture because the thought of having to coordinate delivery, deal with bulky items, and hire someone to assemble it gave me chills. But Rove completely changed that experience. Their packaging and smart design made everything effortless. I’ve never had such a stress-free furniture experience in my life. Highly recommend Rove Lab to anyone who wants modern, beautiful furniture without the usual hassle!

I got the Rove Labs M1 Loveseat and I’m obsessed. Super easy to set up and looks amazing in my space. The quality feels great and I love the modern, sculptural vibe. I ordered it in Beryllium Rose thinking it’d be a bit pinker, but it’s still beautiful and works really well with my color palette. Bonus points for the two throw pillows it came with — such a nice touch. Also, shoutout to their customer service team — super responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely looking to add more Rove pieces to my apartment soon!

We have purchased 4 sofas from Rove Lab in the last few months and we have been thrilled with all of our pieces! We purchased an armless chair to make a larger "pit sofa" with 2 of our sofas and it came to us in a color that didn't match our sofas at all. The team with Rove Lab worked really hard in finding a solution for us and ended up sending us a replacement. They were very thorough and helpful during the entire process and we are very happy with our purchases and the company. :)
