I had ordered by mistake and with in hours I had canceled. The customer service was awesome! They replied asap and accepted the cancelation. When I am ready I will certainly be ordering from them!!

Great customer service as I had to initiate a return/refund - all of which was handled with helpful staff and directions on next steps up to and including a timely refund less the admin fee. The sofa/sleeper arrived and was easy to set up. However quickly realized it was not the right fit for my space or needs. The sleep surface while incredibly comfortable is much larger than a typical queen size, so queen sheets did not work. In addition the sofa portion is way too deep and no real back support - it does create a nice day lounge type option. The conversion from Sofa to Sleeper and back while a simple design is a bit awkward and best accomplished with two people. All in all totally recommend if it is the right size and design type for you space. Carefully check the dimensions available on their web site - this ought to help with your decision. An innovative sofa/sleep option for the right space.

Really easy to put together and fab service from Elly! Sofa is firm which is great for bad backs - it’s so big, the whole household can fit on it! Material feels luxurious and is standing up to the three animals hairs!

Sold me a faulty product and after their recommended 7 day “expansion” timeline the M1 couch I purchased is 2 inches shorter in all height dimensions when compared to their website measurements. All 3 pieces are different heights and different densities. Costumer service has been completely unresponsive since I’ve asked them to rectify this issue. 1. They do not stand by their faulty products and have exceptionally poor costumer support. 2. Their products as listed on their website are false and misleading.

Terrible service I ordered Dec 16 with a delivery window that was meant to be completed last week. No communication then when you do they totally bend the situation to suit them. They said it’s in the warehouse waiting to be sent out. Then when I said I would organise delivery from the warehouse to get the sofa bed. Communication altered to there is a “meaningful delay” - meaning middle of Feb to the warehouse then another 7 days. Now silence.
