I did a TON of research on boneless couches before settling with Rove. We had 2 couches previously, one microfiber from a furniture place and one fake leather from Wayfair, that both ended up getting DESTROYED by our two 100+lb dobermans (well one specifically lmao). I really wanted a boneless couch because of the ease of moving it and replacing a piece if it gets damaged. Was almost sucked in to a few cheaper brands because of the cost but stumbled across Rove and my mind was changed! Honestly, I prob would not have purchased it at full price (just being honest) but luckily there was a sale going on at the time and before taxes it was in the $800s (specifically the M1 sofa in hydrogen blue) which was a little more then I wanted to spend but you get what you pay for! I am extremely happy with what we received. The color is exactly as shown online and the fabric feels thick and durable. It does look wrinkled when you take it out but I'm actually a fan of how the fabric looks that way. The actual construction is extremely well made - the stitching, the zippers, the shape, how all the pieces look together - overall it feels made with care and with longevity in mind. The foam is firm, sturdy and imo extremely comfortable. I personally love the low back and how low to the floor it is, however, I can see how for some people that may be a deal breaker. It's also long and can fit 4 ppl (or 2 ppl and 2 large dogs ha) on it comfortably. My husband has already fallen asleep on it! I keep a blanket draped over the seat and back for extra canine protection when it's just us and remove it when we have company. The 2 pillows it comes with are heavy weight and also constructed just as good as the couch. It arrived less then a week from ordering in 3 boxes and seemed to fluff up completely almost instantly. Overall, I am impressed with Rove and I am extremely happy with our purchase. We plan on getting more pieces for our house in the future! Thank you Rove!

Amazing costumer service! Amazing company! Highly recommend this to anyone interested in sofas

I placed a decent order, around $7,000 for my patio furniture. I thought to myself they have nice pieces and for what I’m paying for I’m expecting higher end quality. However since I received the order I’ve had nothing but issues. When I placed the order “my covers came first“. However they did not come in at all. After I reached out about this they told me I should receive it with my M1 outdoor sectional which they simply didn’t. I ended up reaching out again and making a claim, as they told me that was the process which should take 24-48 hours to hear back. So I waited, after a week of not hearing anything I reached out again and they said they were still looking into this. Another week went by and nothing. I reached out and just never heard anything back again despite multiple emails for a follow up. I ended up having to buy my own covers from a third party to protect my sectional as I didn’t hear anything back. On top of all of this, I ordered two sling chairs and one of the boxes was completely destroyed, ok not a problem because it’s going to end up in recycling either way until I opened it and the actual framing of the chair was dented. So I had to make another claim. Again waiting weeks on end to hear something. After 2 months of constant follow up emails I finally heard back in which they stated they could only give 10% off if I was to keep the chair. I had to follow up on the missing covers as they didn’t say anything about this only for them to tell me it should come mid September and that they can now do 20%. I emailed back to state I want the covers returned as I ended up buying my own since I didn’t hear anything back for weeks on end and wasn’t going to allow my furniture to get ruined. I emailed back to ask if I could just get a new chair and just return the other one… it’s going on 3 more days and I haven’t heard anything back. So this will probably take even longer now. At this point I just want to return everything because this has been an absolute terrible experience from Rove Lab however knowing my experience they will probably say they can’t do anything. I am also waiting on a shipping label to return my slats which I was lied to about being able to use them outside to raise my sectional for air flow. Not sure why this was a product that was even offered if I can’t use it outside. I’ve told my friends and family to not shop here given my terrible experience which sucks because the pieces are beautiful but the customer service I have received removes all of that. Very, very disappointed in a company like this. If I was paying $300 for a lounge chair instead of $1500 then I’d get it but after spending almost $7000 this just isn’t worth it.

Easy to open and set up!

Honestly, I was worried ordering a couch from a place I couldn’t find many reviews on different social media platforms. But, I’m pleasantly surprised at how happy I am from my purchase. I bought the couch, it was as advertised, I love it, no hassle with opening the package; just great. Thank you rovelab!

Sofa/Sleeper exactly as described, easy to install. A little too firm perhaps ( feedback from guests who slept on it). Excellent service, love that it is a local company. Have recommended to others! Well done Rove Lab!
