Really didnt rate this shampoo, didnt make my hair any thicker Hair didnt feel great either, struggle witj greasy hair and it definitely didnt help unlike my old shampoo, so have gone back to use omg that again. Subscription was sent out again which I didnt want and was asked to return the unwanted order, but obviously cant return it as there not a uk company!

I’m not impressed! I hate the smell, and does not appear to have stopped the hair loss. My hair is now extremely dry. Never had that problem before. And, now my hair does not curl Fortunately, I purchased from Amazon and did not get sucked into a subscription

Did absolutely nothing for ny hair but made it greasy. Smell was nothing like described either. Also on receiving order confirmation back in 2025 I noticed that it stated in very small blue writing auto renewal 6 months. I queries this at the time, did not receive a reply apart from a generic one. Went in to my account and saw that there was an option to unsubscribe. I cancelled the subscription. Today I have had money fraudulently taken out of my bank account feom the company who insist that I dod not cancel the subscription. I ahve sent various emails responded to by a person called Tara who has advised to receive a refund I must send back any items which are received as they have been dispatched. So this is at my cost. I have sent screenshots of cancellation proof but still they remain pf the status that I did not cancel and I have to return the items to TEXAS USA at an extortionate postage price to get a refund. I am absolutely gobsmacked that a company is able to sign you up for a subscription without your permission (i beleive when you sign up to their emails they also add the auto renewal in here) Even though I had cancelled they are still taking the money and refuse to refund. Beware of this company and do not use unless you want them messing about with your bank details. Please ignore any response from this company to this review as it is factually incorrect, so much so that when this was raised as a dispute with my bank they agreed upon investigating to refund the payment to me and and hold Routine Wellness responsible. My review stands the same I would avoid this company there are much better products out there for what routine wellness claim theor product can fix.

Bought it initially I thought it seemed good on first use. I stupidly then ordered a load more but after a while I’m finding my hair actually seems thinner (my ears are showing which I'd never had before) and my hair feels really dry and coarse. Such a waste of money. I now need to try to get my hair back to the condition it was in before I started using these shampoos and conditioners!

Terrible customer service: My order was shipped to the wrong address, and my package kept by the resident. I asked for a refund of $114.48 three times over a series of emails and kept getting redirected. When I said I was going to take it up with PayPal as a dispute, Routinecos immediately cut off correspondence. PayPal ruled in Routinecos favor because Routine told PayPal that the package was marked delivered — yes, extorted my money for goods I never received ! They had no interest in making it right.

Did absolutely nothing for my hair. It made my shedding worse. It also made my hair dry, which isn't an issue I've ever had. The coconut and vanilla basically smells of nothing. My hair smelt dirty after washing. The reminder for your next delivery will likely go i to your spam box and the offer of an exchange or refund is at your own expense. The advertising on Facebook is craftilly done and, in my opinion, at lot of the glowing comments on Facebook come from spam accounts.

Not happy as website states 30 day free returns, it’s not until you delve into the return policy which then states if the the US. For me, a customer in the UK it will cost upwards of £20! Given that my shampoo and conditioner took so long to arrive, I bought alternative products thinking I could return them. On this occasion it’s just not worth it and I want other people to be aware of this and not make the same mistake as me! As a result I contacted the company and their response has led me to give a one star review.

In the six weeks that I have been using this product my hair shedding has increased by about 70%. The scent is lovely, but I now have far less hair than I had when I started using the products.
