I received my product, I used it twice, both times experienced extreme scalp itching the second time I opted not to use the free oil they included for a pre-treatment. Still very itchy scalp and I’m not happy about that. I did see more hair loss in my brush. I try not to panic, but I don’t have a whole bunch more to be losing as to why I bought such a product. Also wanted to add my hair was not easy to style. It looked horrible after both times nothing that I expected. Not a happy camper. Contacting the company for a full refund.

This shampoo and conditioner is just ok. Didn’t plan on re ordering it. But to my surprise it’s a subscription. A package arrived at my door yesterday. No notification it was coming, no invoice. I’ve been charged $70 on my credit card. Which I will dispute and return this box. But I’m in Canada. Will it be free? I’ll find out. So disappointed.

I have been using Routine Shampoo & Conditioner for at least a year now. It was great at first but now my hair is falling out in clumps and is getting so thin! Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for over 3 months, and while it's a nice shampoo with good ingredients and smells nice, it has done NOTHING for my hair loss. Now I feel like I've lost valuable time in trying to heal my struggling hair follicles.

Doesn’t work!!! Used for one month and no change in hair loss or thickness. It’s true their website is misleading since it only shows positive reviews and NO negatives!!! You can’t even view the negative review I wrote!

I’m almost through with my first bottles of shampoo, conditioner and hair serum. At first I noticed it made my hair very dry, but the conditioner helped put moisture back in. I don’t wash my hair every day..usually every 2-3 days so it’s taken a longer time to see how this would go. I have long hair that seemed to be thinning at the top so I tried this. I also use a biotin leave in conditioner from l’ange which I like. I don’t usually blow dry my hair, but I do straighten my hair around my face a little. That’s really it. Results?…I have noticed that my hair is falling out just as much, if not MORE than before. I thought maybe it was a trust the process thing, but I don’t think so anymore. My hair does not get dirty/oily as fast which I like, but it feels dryer overall (which the leave in conditioner I use helps with that). The amount of hair that came out collectively was thicker than a #2 pencil lead. No thank you. I think I’m done after this trial run.
